CityShaping is the process to update the City of North Vancouver’s long range plan, the Official Community Plan. CityShaping seeks to involve as many community members and stakeholders as possible in a dialogue about the City’s future. Stage One focused on identifying issues and Stage Two involved a dialogue about critical issues. Stage Three is about developing scenarios to best address the community’s changing needs over time.
